Limited Warranty for Lithium Batteries
This Limited Warranty (the “Warranty”) is provided by [Bixell Technology Limited] (the “Company”) to the original purchaser (the “Customer”) of the lithium batteries (the “Product”). This Warranty is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.
- Warranty Coverage
The Company warrants that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the period as negotiated from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).
- Warranty Claims
During the Warranty Period, if the Customer discovers any defects in the Product, they must promptly contact the Company’s customer service department to initiate a warranty claim. The Customer may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, along with a detailed explanation of the alleged defect.
- Warranty Remedies
Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, the Company shall, at its sole discretion, either repair, replace, or refund the Customer for the defective Product. The Company reserves the right to use refurbished or reconditioned parts or units for repairs or replacements, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- Exclusions
This Warranty shall not apply to any defects or damage resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper installation of the Product;
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs made to the Product;
- Accidents, acts of nature, or other external causes;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Use of the Product with incompatible devices or accessories.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability under this Warranty shall be limited to the purchase price of the Product. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Product or its use.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of China.
